The quote was far less expensive than any of the others I called, which was great as I prefer to use local firms where possible. Darren came out within a couple of hours and was professional, friendly, honest about the situation and very thorough, which really put my mind at rest. Following the initial treatment we have had a follow up visit and also a phone call just to double check that everything was resolved. 2 weeks on we have had no further problems, however I am reassured that Darren would be on hand if needed.
